There may be a few glitches, and I was told you may not be able to see family photos on line, but here are the directions for viewing your photographs on line. Parents can view 2022 Campus Photography school pictures online using the following steps and links: 1. There is a code that is needed to access the online galleries. Once you have the code, you can access the proofs and order online by entering the code (and then your email address) at this link: https://vando.imagequix.com/197R89G Also, we will not have school on December 2, 2022 due to teacher inservice. It is with great sadness that I inform the community of the passing of Troy Klunder. He passed away this morning. Troy was a valued member of the community and will be sorely missed. I, and all of the school staff, wish to express our deepest sympathy to Kathie Klunder and her family. We also wish to thank the clinic staff for doing all that they could. Please, keep Kathie and their family in your hearts and prayers. More information will be provided once we know more.

Good morning Sivuqaq! It is Veteran's Day and Gambell Schools would like to thank all of the Veterans for their service! Veterans are invited to come eat lunch at the school from 11:45-12:30 followed by an assembly in the gym at 1-2. All community is welcome at the assembly. Then at 2 we have our normally scheduled atuq from 2-2:30 before dismissal.

We are lucky enough to have some visitors from St. Louis Zoo here this week. They visited half of the classrooms today and will finish up tomorrow. They are also here in the MPR tonight until 9pm and tomorrow from 7-9pm as well. If you want to see some of the cool stuff they brought then stop on by. Good Afternoon We are seeing far too many earbuds and phones in middle and high school. They are interfering with the learning process and this is not appropriate. If they are seen, they will be taken, placed in an envelope, and parents will be contacted to come pick them up.

Good Morning: The same rules of attendance will apply to the carnival. If your student is absent they will be on the "No Carnival List." Parents who do not excuse their child will also be on the "No Carnival List." However, if students are tardy they will still be allowed to attend the carnival. Thank you.

Good Morning: Just a reminder the school will be releasing school at 12:30 in order to set up for the school carnival. The carnival will be from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Come and play games, eat, and have a great time! Monday there will be no school for Parent/Teacher Conferences. Conferences are from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Students need to attend with their parents. Students should dress in their costumes. We will have trick or treating during parent teacher conferences. We hope everyone has a great weekend.

For students/parents/chaperones involved in the CCR trip there is a mandatory meeting 3:00-3:30, Thursday, October 27th at the school.

Come one come all to the Gambell School Halloween Carnival!! There will be games, prizes, and food for sale! WHEN: 10/28/2022 HOURS: 6:00 PM TO 8:30 PM

It is unfortunate that a truck donated to the school for the shop class to repair, and use for class projects around the community was vandalized last night. Administration will be reviewing camera footage to determine who is responsible for the damage. This truck was to be used to help the student activity fund and to do project based learning activities in the community. If you know anything please contact the school with information. Thank you very much.

Picture day at the school tomorrow! Dress your best! Also, to celebrate Indigenous People's Day we have invited drummers to come visit the classrooms. Older students will help teach the moves to those who are still learning. We will finish the day out with atuq from 3-3:30 in the gym. Community is invited to atuq! Hope to see you there!
