Good morning Sivuqaq, NACTEC is here working with our high school kids on culinary, vr engine repair, and construction work. They will also be doing driver's Ed for adults Wednesday and Thursday 5-6pm. Come on up to the school if you are interested in that.
We want to take a moment to celebrate our Battle of the Books teams and their huge accomplishments this year at districts! Kinder got 2nd, 1st grade got 1st, 2nd grade got 1st, 3-4th grade got 1st, 6th grade got 1st, and 7-8th grade got 3rd place.
Gambell School Swag Store is up and ready for orders! There is all sorts of gear from different brands and sizes all the way down to infants. A portion of the funds come back to support the school. We just got word that Shishmaref is coming and should arrive around 6:30. We are shooting for a 8pm tip-off. We will work with shootout to arrange their schedule around our game. Look out for Manu's posts about shootout.
Good morning Sivuqaq! It is a busy day starting with atuq at 1, dismissal at 1:30, doors open for HS game at 2:00, Gambell vs Stebbins at 2:30. Schedule could change based on flight times but hopefully it stays like this. Shootout games in between the HS games. Also, we will have gymlist for unexcused absences, and discipline issues.
