Sunday Funday! Bethany and Shaelynn are planning a Movie Night this Sunday, April 13 at the Gambell School Gym. Two movies, NO ADMISSION. A night where the whole family can connect and watch together! Here are the movie options, please comment below which movies you would like to see! One PG movie and one PG13 movie (13 years old and up). First movie options PG, choose 1: ALL IS WELCOME (4th grade on down will need a parent present) The Wild Robot Moana 2 Dogman Spellbound Second movie options PG-13 choose 1: (will need a permission slip for 7th, 8th, HS for this session) Twisters Carry-On Last Breath The Gorge Whichever has more votes, in each session, will be shown during the movie night. 🚨 Health Update: Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease 🚨 Parents and Guardians, We’ve noticed cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) in our community. It's a common viral illness that mostly affects children and is characterized by sores in the mouth and a rash on the hands and feet. Prevention Tips: - School Disinfection: We are actively disinfecting the school facilities to help slow down or stop the spread of the virus. - Disinfect your home: This weekend, please take some time to clean and disinfect your home to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. - Practice good hygiene: Remind your children about the importance of washing their hands frequently. Important Info: - Check for symptoms: If your child has a high temperature or visible sores or blisters, please keep them at home until they are symptom-free. - Avoid spreading the virus: Help us keep all our students safe by not sending symptomatic children to school.
