Last Friday’s Halloween Carnival was a huge success — thank you to every student, family, and community member who came out to play games, enjoy food, and celebrate together. The gym was full of energy, costumes, and laughter all night long. From the Duck Pond to darts, from the bounce house to bingo, it was wonderful seeing our community come together. 🍬🎯👻
A big thank-you to our staff and volunteers for making the event happen. Your time and hard work brought the whole night to life.

We can’t wait to celebrate our amazing students and all they’ve accomplished during the first quarter. 🥳 Let’s show up big with cheers, smiles, and community pride as we recognize their hard work, dedication, and growth!
🎈 Special note for families: The office has reached out to parents and guardians of our Students of the Quarter so they can enjoy a free cafeteria lunch 🍲 with their child before the ceremony.

A huge thank you to everyone in our Gambell School community for making Spirit Week such a wonderful success — culminating in our Halloween Costume Day yesterday, October 31!
The creativity and enthusiasm across our school were incredible. Students and staff alike were engaged, energized, and excited, showing their Qughsatkut pride in every hallway and classroom.
We’ve included some photo highlights below to share the fun, and we’re already looking forward to bringing back the costumes on November 14 for our Halloween Carnival!
Also, a big shout-out to our GAM Volleyball team and Coach Amaaya, who are in Koyuk this weekend! They’ll be playing two more games tonight — 6:30–8:00 p.m. vs. Elim and 8:30–10:00 p.m. vs. Koyuk. Let’s all send them our support, power, and love! 💪🏐
